Holocron bio: The boy immaculately conceived via midi-chlorians who grew up to become a great Jedi, only to be seduced by the Dark Side, assist in the decimation of the Order, and become the hated Sith Lord Darth Vader. Served as a general in the Clone Wars before going into hiding as one of the only survivors of Order 66. Holocron bio: The mentor to Anakin Skywalker and, years later, Anakin's son Luke. Holocron bio: The Jedi who discovered Anakin Skywalker and determined that he was the Chosen One who would bring balance to the Force. Soon Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan were joined by young Anakin Skywalker, who would grow to adulthood over the span of the three Prequel films and of course ultimately become the villain Darth Vader, Dark Lord of the Sith - the evil and ancient enemies of the Jedi. Star Wars was famously inspired by samurai films, and the connection between the Jedi and the samurai is obvious. Lucas is said to have gotten the name "Jedi" from the term jidaigeki, or Japanese period dramas.
